snr to S?

is there a real chance to calculate the S of RST value from the snr value? E.g. if WSPR has a minimum of -32 db (I dunno the real minimum) and a maximum of +20 is there a chance to make statement like "-32db is S0, -25db is S1" etc.? Idea is to convert snr to S to use it for sending a QSL to anybody...
