interferance to wspr by ROS data transmissions

Hi all
Tonight again i am hearing ROS transmission on 10.140xxx
I am not able to decode yet but i run Spectran in parallel with WSPR as a real time view of the 10mhz spectrum,the sound is distinctive and the trace showed the changing audio tones
is any operators hearing the ROS transmissions???
