Last week's Windows Update has blanked WSPR's status line,
the bottom line that shows "Rx Noise ##" etc.

This is with an ICOM 756PRO and vanilla serial and sound
cards, or with a Flexradio 1500 and virtual cables.

A workaround is to run WSPR as administrator.
As I recall, this problem has appeared before, but I
do not recall the context.
