I am running an FT-817 and WSPR 2.0 through a Signalink USB interface.

Yesterday I was able to receive many stations, but couldn't transmit. Finally figured out my issue, but when I plug headphones into the "Monitor" plug on the back of the signalink, all I hear is a steady tone (kind of like a someone holding down a key on CW). Is that what I should be hearing? It does this the entire time it's transmitting, and I can see that it actually is transmitting through my meter.
