Newbie trying to chart WSPR signal levels into excel

Hello Folks
W1VLF here.

By using the filters in the WSPR database I am able to extract the signal levels from 1 reporter (me) and 1 station We2XGR/2
This gives me a column of of numbers representing the SNR over time.

I would like to graph this. The impediment seems to be the + indicator in front of each SNR value.
I have not been able to find a way to remove that "+" aside from editing each entry.

Does anyone know how this can be done?

The second part of the problem is that on distant staion I would need to retain the "+" and "-" designators to have the graph work properly

Do you folks think the answer lies in excel or in retrieving data from WSPR in a different manner?

I have tried to load the monthly data and extraxt the ivalue from it ... but the file is too big for excel to load properly.
Any help would greatly appreciated.

Thank you
PauLC
