Multiple simultaneous decodings of same station

Here's the display:

1424 -26 -0.8 7.040133 0 NV0O EM28 37 556
1424 -25 -0.8 7.040156 0 NV0O EM28 37 556
1424 -15 -0.8 7.040164 0 NV0O EM28 37 556
1424 -5 -0.7 7.040194 0 NV0O EM28 37 556

The tones are separate but seemingly occurring at the same time. Is this a program bug or just an anomaly? I've not noticed it before.
