Not Uploading Spots.

WSJT-X v1.6, WSPR-2

Don't know what else to check.
Clock update is with Dim4,
Spots are being decoded,
Upload Spots check marked,
Firewall disabled,
ALL_WSPR.TXT is being updated,

Was running when I shut it down some months ago.
