TX metric correction

That's what happens when I get in a rush .. key in the command line in mW instead of dbm!
Thanks Larry, K2XG, for mentioning that to me - I restarted my pi w/TAPR card in dbm .. so now I don't run 1Kw from my pi!
Apologies for incorrect stats in that time.
