Hi,
I have a home made WSPR transmitter running. I am pretty sure its timing to the UTC minute is good - the 0th symbol is sent from the PLL for some ahead to get drift to settle, and the output stage is enabled at 1 second past the even minute. This also is 1 second past the minute on the receiving computer's clock. I don't think I have a +- 1 error shifting the transmit symbol buffer.
Never the less, DT shows as -1.9 to -2.1 in WSPR2.0.
- Does anybody else observe something similar?
- What are good DT values, zero?
- Is there WSPR rx software which can better diagnose bit errors (inspect for buffer shift errors in my case)?
