"Part 15" frequencies on the AM Broadcast Band for WSPR

I'm wondering if anyone has tried to use transmitters under FCC "Part 15" rules. For example, you can transmit up to 100mw in the AM Broadcast Band (525-1705 kHz 100 mW input to final RF) subject to some antenna limitations, too. (Antenna and transmission line can't exceed 3 meters)

Are there any frequencies here that people monitor for WSPR beacons? I suspect this could serve as an interesting gateway for people, and an incentive for people to get a Ham license.

(BTW: My call sign was just changed to N2GF yesterday. I was formerly W4DIS.)
