Uploads not entering database

I'm wondering why 15m spot reports by VK4EMM have not entered the database since 13:22 UTC 2022 Nov 4.
Confirmed that other bands are uploading and entering the database fine.
15m spot reports by other stations are entering the database fine.
This is weird. Looks like VK4EMM is being singled out on 15m. An explanation would be good for all to know.
