WSPRnet Map - Wrong location.

It has been mentioned on Chat and the Forum that some calls seem to cause the map to show a station in the wrong location.
An example is
2022-04-14 15:46 DK3DUA JO61 G0UPL KM46 14.097172

The RX station G0UPL appears in Washington State, in the outskirts of Seattle. He is sending reports using his correct locator of KM46, just KM46.
