Why are more of my WSPR signals going East and much further that way?

I have a Zachtek Desktop WSPR unit set to 1mW and a cheap $14 Amplifier putting out around 2 watts on 10M. I have a 10M dipole hanging under tree on the North side of one of my sheds. I expected to need to move that but it is working so well I will likely leave it a while.

I get better transmission to the North as you would expect but I get pretty decent (~7000 Km) hits due South. That surprised me considering the location of the antenna.

My question...

Most of my signals go much further East. I have hit Norway and Germany around 7500 Km away. I have gotten hits around 3000 KM to the West but very very few and most never go past 2000 KM to the West.

Why do many more of my WSPR signals go much further East than the ones that go West?

Oh, I have never trimmed the antenna yet. I was sick the day it came so I bribed my kids to hang it for me. I plan to tune it soon to see how much that helps.

Overall I am already very happy, just curious.

Thanks
