Application to analyse WSPR

It would be nice to have a application to analyse WSPR. I mean a piece of software were you could put the CSV data in with optional filtering like the database on this site. I would be interested to see how many DXCC I've been heard in and how many DXCC I've received with WSPR. If possible extended with information about best signals from a specific area on a specific time of the day. For example I find a lot of spots from the same call on one day and frequency over a couple of hours with reports from about -25dB to +3dB and then down again. It gives some insight of the best time to work a specific area in the next few days if you could clearly see the information in for example a graphical way. Is there someone that has programming abilities to built such a program? It would be great...
