Been messing around with the Perseus SDR for around a year trying to get full cat control from WSPR.

This morning after a long session reading and playing around with Hamlib i found the setting.

255 is the icom address in Decimal hamlib has a problem with high com ports -r \\.\com11 .

Cat Port COM11
Rig IC471 but most icom rigs work.
Serial rate 19200
Data bits 8
Stop bits 2
Handshake Hardware -c 225 -r \\.\com11
