I've been noticing that AE2EA some of the time captures my signal at least 3 times during a time frame. Each capture is 60 cycles different from the other, usually like in a stair step as an example 14.097056, 14.097116 and 14.097176. Also each SNR is 30 db different from the first one. If one report is +3, the next one is -27 and the 3rd is sometimes a -30 or an additinal 3 db down. This differes only slightly. He is the only one who is reporting this. I also had this happen to me several years ago, 5 or so i guess with another station, where or who it was i don't remember.
I'm not saying it is his station, i've been accused of sending a dirty signal but if i were then wouldn't everyone capture me the same way? I doubt its his end either because he would see it on everyone i would think. To my way of thinking its just a propagation anomoly between our two locations. No way to prove it that i know of but the i'm not an engineer or scientist.
Funny isn't it? I sent him an email about it to see if he's noticed it on any other signals. If you have some ideas, please weigh in. Kind of interesting.
