icom 706 mkIIg CAT control on transmitt

I have a IC 706 mark2g, I can change the freq with the program but can't make it transmitt. It keys the rig for a split second or less then that's it, no transmitt? Could someone give me an idea? I have no problem with the other digital programs and rig control?

Running a rig blaster pro for the interface, windows XP.
