Yaesu FT-991 & Heil Pro-Set Elite 6

I have a Yaesu FT-991 & Heil Pro-Set Elite 6 w/AD-1-YM HEADSET ADAPTER:

I use a Yaesu FT-991, I set every thing that say's VOX to ON. The headset doesn't have a PTT Button. My problem is that: I can't Transmitt (VOX doesn't work). How do I make the VOX or PTT with the Headset to work?
