RF Output and distance

I hope I won't be opening a can of worms asking this question but that can get some helpful info.

I am using a Zachtek wspr transmitter for 7, 10, 20, and 17 meter bands. It is connected to a Diamond BB7V antenna. The trx puts out about 350 mW of power. My QTH is the central coast of California.

So, what I'm wondering is how much rf output I might need to be able to be heard by the station in Antarctica (DP0GVN). Is there some chance my 350 mW signal would ever get that far? Or would I need more power? Say, 5 or 10 watts?
