Long- Short-Path displayed on 2-line Reception Reports?

Long- Short-Path displayed on 2-line Reception Reports?

Hi = Kind of new to this Stuff; but fascinated by WHAT it might be telling us. Have 2 Stations close to me, and when receiving their Signal, note that they may have 1 or 2 Pairs of Lines listed for each TimeStamp. It seems that these pairs have a difference in the Shift and FreqDifference in each occurence. Am I seeing a Long-Path vs. Short-Path FreqShift, or what?
