New frequency for northern Canadian beacon (60m band)

VE8TEA (Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada) has changed the frequency.
The beacon is now on 5.3598MHz, which will make it easier for certain transceivers
that cannot be tuned to the previously used (lower) frequency.
VE8TEA is (as of the time of writing) the northernmost beacon on the continent.
