Hello all...

I just built a QRP Labs Ultimate 3S and am located in Djibouti, Africa. I am beaconing on 10.1387. I am not sure how to see if anyone is seeing me, as PSK Reporters says "Last seen" but doesnt show by who. Does my call need to be uploaded to a database? Also, still navigating my way around the U3S and not 100% sure it is all set up, however I am seeing the signal go out.

My Djibouti station call is: J28JD
